I don’t love to cook but I do love to eat. And I love learning about food; especially the regional foods and cooking techniques, beverages and old fashioned, almost forgotten foods that were once the staples of Provence. Thankfully I have a husband who loves to cook and share those food and their uniqueness with me. In The Provençal Life, I hope to share with you some of the unique, regional dishes that I’ve become fond of and pass on new recipes as I learn them. Enjoy and have fun experimenting with me.
